Meet our Team

Tyler Noye is our President - he manages a portfolio of rental properties for Real Estate Investors and his primary short-term goal is to keep them well maintained and occupied. The long-term goal is to continue to look for ways to add value for his investors by maximizing returns and keeping an eye out for further acquisitions.

Tyler graduated from Saint Mary's University in 2010 with a Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting. Since 2010, Tyler has spent time working as a Financial Statement Auditor, Financial Advisor and most recently a Commercial Account Manager with RBC. The Retail and Commercial banking experience has proven to be invaluable to Tyler’s personal growth and financial skillset development.

Tyler then started Occupy Property Management - a passion and side hustle that he was able to turn into his full-time career. For the past number of years, he has been working with partners and Investing in Real Estate. Pairing his background in construction and financial services, he was able to migrate into a role of managing the finances of a Real Estate business as well as directly overseeing the construction process.
