Meet our Team
Occupy brings together over 25 years of combined rental management, leasing and property maintenance experience to care for homes across the Halifax area. We believe owners should know what is happening with their property and tenants should know who to contact when they need help.
Tyler founded Occupy Property Management to bring an owner’s perspective to rental management. Drawing on his experience in real estate investing, construction and financial services, he focuses on keeping properties well maintained, occupied and positioned for long-term value.
His background includes accounting studies at Saint Mary’s University and roles in auditing, financial advising and commercial banking.
Brad Benoit
Property Manager
Brad manages the day-to-day work that keeps Occupy’s properties running, from leasing and tenant communication to maintenance coordination and owner updates. He brings experience in residential leasing and property management, with a focus on clear communication, practical solutions and following through.
Brad’s goal is simple: owners should know what is happening with their property, and tenants should know who to turn to when they need help.
